Dear Prospective Puppy Owner,

First of all, thank you for searching our puppies! It is very important to us that you find the right puppy for you, and that our puppies go to the right home for them. A great experience for all parties is our top priority! This being most important to us is also why we give a lifetime warranty and send every puppy home with all of their puppy shots completed.

In addition, we encourage all our potential clients to read over our Operating Procedures before placing a deposit on one of our puppies for sale. This will explain exactly how we are operating to ensure a smooth process. You are also welcome to use the Live Chat located at the bottom of our website where staff are standing by to answer any questions you may have. Also, please read the following information very carefully and feel free to contact us with any questions regarding the puppy you are interested in or your purchase

Ridgewood’s Online Deposit Terms:

*RIDGEWOOD DOES NOT SHIP PUPPIES. If you are unable to visit our store in person to pick up your puppy, please check out our Delivery Service.

*When you place this Yorkiepoo puppy for sale in your cart and submit your order, you are placing a *NON-REFUNDABLE* deposit on this puppy so most importantly, you are purchasing a hold on a puppy and not a physical product. We subtract this deposit from the final price of the puppy and when you check out, you must provide an email where you can be reached within 24 hours (probably 1-2 during business hours) for details on when you can pick the puppy up, the balance to be paid, etc.

*DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE for any reason.

However, they are transferable. $200.00 holds the puppy until we deem them ready to go home. If we need to hold the puppy longer due to your schedule, an additional deposit will need paid each week to continue the hold. Each deposit renders the previous deposit non-transferable. So the first deposit is transferable until the time the puppy can go home. Each deposit after that is only transferable for one week.

If you would choose to switch to another puppy before your appointment, you can place a second deposit on the new puppy. You would then have $400 down on the second puppy. The first would be made available again. As deposits are only transferable ONE time, the first deposit would no longer be transferable to any other puppies.

Also a concern for many, if the puppy is not to your liking at the time of visitation, do not worry. Your initial deposit can always be transferred towards a future puppy and appointment, ONE time.
