First of all, thank you for searching our puppies! It is very important to us that you find the right puppy for you, and that our puppies also go to the right home for them. A great experience for all parties is our top priority! This being most important to us is why we give a lifetime warranty. We also send every puppy home with all of their puppy shots completed.
We encourage all our potential clients to read over our Operating Procedures before placing a deposit on one of our puppies for sale. You are also welcome to use the Live Chat located at the corner of our website where staff are standing by to answer any questions you may have.

Ridgewood’s Online Payment Terms:
*RIDGEWOOD DOES NOT SHIP PUPPIES. If you are unable to visit our store in person to pick up your puppy, please check out our Delivery Service. Flat rate delivery zone fees will be applied during check out. Just choose the Pay In Full option with shipping at check out.
*When you place this Maltese puppy for sale in your cart with the Deposit option, you are placing a *NON-REFUNDABLE* deposit on this puppy. Most importantly, you are purchasing a hold on a puppy and not a physical product. We subtract this deposit from the final price of the puppy. When you check out, you must provide a phone number and email where you can be reached within 24 hours. This deposit will instantly reserve the puppy just for you. We will call with details on when you can pick the puppy up, the balance to be paid, etc.
*DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE for any reason.
*However, they’re transferable one time within the first week. Transfers can be used immediately on another puppy or used whenever you like in the future. To transfer and have the second puppy held, you will still need to do a second deposit on that puppy. Afterward, you will have $400 down on the second puppy. If you choose to transfer again, only the second deposit would be transferable.
*If you cannot pick your puppy up immediately, we can hold your puppy for you. $200 will hold your puppy for one week. If we need to hold the puppy longer, you can place another $200 payment by phone or in store. This will continue the hold. Each payment renders the earlier payment non-transferable.
*Customers can now pay in full online with a variety of payment options to make paying for your puppy simpler. If you choose the Pay In Full option along with In Store Pick Up at check out, your puppy will be paid in full and reserved for you. We will call as soon as we’re able to set up your pick up appointment.
