Dear Prospective Puppy Owner,

We encourage you to call or stop in our store for a visit before placing a deposit on a puppy for sale. It is very important to us that you are getting the right puppy for you, and our puppies are going to the right home for them. We have given the option to purchase a hold on a puppy online as we are aware that some people may decide after hours that they want a specific puppy, or are unable to make it into our store and are more comfortable paying online than over the phone. Please read the below information very carefully and feel free to contact us with any questions regarding the puppy you are interested in or your purchase.

*WE DO NOT SHIP PUPPIES. By placing this Chihuahua puppy for sale in your cart and submitting your order, you are placing a NON-REFUNDABLE* deposit on this puppy. This item is not a physical product, it is an order for a hold on a puppy. This deposit does come off the final price of the puppy. When checking out, you must provide a telephone number where you may be reached within 24 hours (1-2 during business hours) for details on when the puppy may be picked up, the balance to be paid, etc.

*DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason given, but are transferrable. Puppies are available in our Gap and Shrewsbury locations during business hours. In the event that the puppy has been purchased in the amount of time it took to process your purchase, the deposit will be refunded. An initial deposit of $200.00 will hold the puppy for seven days for you. If a puppy is not to your liking at the time of pick up or visitation, deposits may be transferred to another puppy or store merchandise within the first seven days. This store credit for a puppy or store merchandise is good for life. After seven days, deposits made online are final. If we will be holding the puppy longer than seven days, another payment may be made in order to keep the hold on the puppy.
